North East Isles Community (NEI) is composed of 193 residences. Of these, 17 are townhouses and 176 are condominiums. The original developed, who built the townhouses, declared bankruptcy and the property was furthered developed as condominiums.

The Homeowners Association (HOA) has 193 members and is responsible for all of the common area of the property. The Condominium Association (COA) has 176 members and is responsible for the maintenance, repair and replacement of the condo buildings. The townhouses are fee simple but two accounts have been set up under the HOA for maintenance and replacement.
